Premier Group did a fabulous job patching up our roof here at Kip Dispensary! Frank was very helpful and got the process started swiftly, which we appreciated. We will definitely be using them for any roof issues in the future.

I've my roof replacement today by Premier Group, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything has gone incredibly smoothly.
Ethan has been fantastic since day one—he was confident about getting my full roof replacement approved through insurance, and he truly delivered. The way he worked with the public adjuster and insurance company was impressive. Best part? I didn’t have to pay anything extra for the public adjuster—just my insurance deductible.
Mariel has also been a pleasure to work with—professional, kind, and always on top of communication. She made the entire process stress-free and even led the coordination of the roofing team with great care.
The crew did excellent work, and to my surprise, Ethan and Mariel also took care of trimming overhanging tree branches as a courtesy—no extra cost! They even found one damaged plywood board during the replacement, and Mariel kindly had it replaced without charging anything additional.
They use quality materials, and the attention to detail, transparency, and dedication have really stood out. I truly appreciate their professionalism and customer-first attitude.
Highly recommend Premier Group to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement. You’ll be in great hands!

The team was punctual, professional, and clearly explained the entire roofing process. They even provided photos to show the areas needing repair and explained why the extra plywood was needed. I was very pleased with the end result and the thorough cleanup afterward. David was excellent. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. The new roof looks fantastic, and I appreciate the team's commitment to a clean and efficient job.
