Policy Review

In order to properly handle a claim, the property must be evaluated accordingly. This ensures there are no deductions of the claim throughout the claim process. Storm Research
With the combination of three storm software search engines, we determine whether there is a storm date. Further, we use an independent meteorologist who has worked for NASA and NOOA to create a report regarding his findings. This ensures that if there was a storm date, we will know about it.

Our team of inspectors include members that are HAAG certified, experienced roofers, masonry workers, and electricians who also specialize in code compliance. Their combined expertise and experience ensure that the property can be brought back up to code, and any possible violations are made aware of prior to building. Further, our inspectors follow detailed protocol to ensure all items are included, and to set a new Premier Group standard of inspections.

Estimators
With our large team of estimators and detailed industry specialists who utilize architects and other contacts, we can write the best estimates using Xactimate (an insurance industry standard estimating software). Not only do we create these estimates through Xactimate, but we are also able collect all information needed to support our estimates. This includes city ordinances and code compliance documentation.

Adjuster Meetings
During adjuster meetings, we will represent you and the policy holders. We will ensure that the insurance extends coverage that allows us to pursue the claim. Our experienced adjusters are versatile in the commercial claim industry and understand the process to extend coverage.
