Premier Group is hiring roofing consultants in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Texas, Florida, and the DMV area.

We specialize in the repair and reconstruction of commercial and residential roofing projects. We are looking for a driven individual with experience in general construction to fill the position of sales representative. With our service, you can obtain all the leads you need without ever having to knock on a single door.

POSITION OBJECTIVE: 

To bring in a total of $1 million in revenue over the next year by increasing the number of commercial customers we work with. To contribute to building a performance culture within the sales team.

DELIVERABLES:

Deliverable #1:

• Create a minimum of $750,000 in revenue through sales

• Attend all scheduled in-person sales meetings and presentations with existing and prospective customers.

• Increase Average Job Size (AJS) through upselling relevant higher quality materials, services, and programs.

Deliverable #2:

• Maintain a cumulative Sales Ratio (SR) of at least 40%.

• Attend all company sales training sessions and programs.

• Perform monthly follow-up calls to all outstanding customers.

• Determine causes of unsuccessful sales meetings, identify and remedy unsuccessful sales tactics to expand learning.

Deliverable #3:

• Maintain and increase market share through generating weekly leads, at a minimum of 3 leads per week.

SKILL SET & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• A minimum of 3 years sales experience.

• Knowledge of measurement taking for estimation.

• Working knowledge of general construction.
