We are looking for highly motivated and hard-working individuals who are excited to start or grow their roofing career within a positive team culture that values professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Load materials and equipment on and off roofs while working outside in varying weather conditions
• Assist in roof repairs, removal of existing materials and full roof installations, preventative maintenance, and thorough clean-up of work environment
• Perform all roofing tasks with a strong attention to detail
• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• No prior experience required – paid training will be provided!
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50lbs and meet the physical demands of the position
• Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and problem solve
• Must be a punctual and flexible individual
• Ability to work well independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
