Administration Clock Tower Building For The National Park Service’s Visitor Center

The Pullman National Monument is a beloved historical landmark, which has stood in Chicago for over a century. When the building’s exterior needed renovating, Premier Group was called in to create a custom restoration plan. Our professionals and specialists are trained to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and are skilled in working on detailed custom projects. Premier Group, together with the National Park Service, developed a plan to restore the damaged areas without disrupting the historical integrity. We provided a 600-foot custom gutter replacement and replaced the 170-foot weather vane. Finally, our technicians used cranes to remove the old roofing system, taking special care to preserve the exterior facade, and replaced it with an EPDM white green roof, backed by a 25-year warranty.
