Innovative Growers

Innovative Growers is one of Premier Group’s largest retail projects to date covering more than 140,000 square feet and totaling several million dollars. We secured the contract in partnership with Skyline Exteriors. As the roofing general contractor for the project, we determined that a combination of half Mule-Hide and Genflex would provide the best solution. We began by removing and replacing all deteriorated metal decking and completing the necessary masonry work. Next, we redesigned areas of the roof to improve water flow and mechanically fastened two layers of ISO insulation on the entire flat roof surface. We removed and replaced the drains and added a new gutter system around the perimeter to improve water flow. Finally, we installed the hybrid roofing materials which include a 20-year no-dollar-limit manufacturer warranty to complete their new and improved roofing system.
